This company was a result of our Backward integrating programme and we ventured into the manufacturing of PET bottles and caps for our own consumption & various businesses like pharma, soft drink beverages and packaged foods. This business is thoroughly computerized with the technology from ASB Nichhe, Japan, and the renowned world leaders in the trade. We have embraced TQM (Total Quality Management) to articulate impeccable quality. To practice what we preach, we store the products for nearly 4 years to ensure they are up to our rigorous quality standards. We have an avant-garde factory of Pet Bottle manufacturing at Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. We produce all kinds of bottles from 15ml to 450ml according to the industry needs with available moulds & having 15 ASB 50 & 3 DPW 70 machines installed with a capacity of maximum of 5 lakh bottles & 2 lakh tubes per day of different sizes. We have installed MINI 120 manufactured by PACKSYS GLOBAL which is a specialised line for small diameter tubes. Its track record of growth by integrating different facets of the pharma business has accelerated its contribution to the same.
